Types of Yoga

We offer non-spiritual yoga that is respectful off ALL religious and spiritual persuasions. Our mindfulness-based approach to Yoga is non-dogmatic, supportive, and inclusive. All our classes are open to students of all levels. 
Yoga Flow 
Flow (vinyasa) classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.

Gentle Flow Yoga
A slow flow and restorative class perfect for mama’s to be (pre-natal), those recovering from injury and anyone interested in a slower paced class. The focus of each class is to maintain a deliberate and rhythmic breath as well as restorative poses that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yin  Yoga 
Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored

Ashtanga  
Ashtanga is the root of all Vinyasa and power yoga. It is synchronizes breath and movement through a precise sequence of postures called the primary series.

Synergy Yoga
Synergy Yoga is suitable for people who have never tried yoga or have injuries, but also suitable for those who are used to a regular physically challenging practice. It is very effective in building strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, increasing energy and the ability to deal with stress.
