1. Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  2. Do not arrive late to class (It is not safe for you to skip warming up and it is disruptive to the students who have already begun).
  3. Wear comfortable clothing.
  4. Please do not wear heavy fragrances to class as some people may be allergic.
  5. Eat 2-3 hours before, with only a light snack 30 minutes before class.
  6. Silence your cell phone(s).
  7. Take off your shoes and socks upon entering the studio
  8. Place all your belongings in the cubbies.
  9. Find a spot on the floor, stretch and warm-up on your own.
  10. Take a moment to be still and breathe.
