Getting Started

   Beginning yoga can be a very daunting task. But the truth of the matter is that the most difficult part is simply showing up. Don't worry if you feel out of shape or inflexible or even a bit reserved. We will teach you how to breathe in ways that will help you find immediate relief and openness of body, mind and spirit. We will also show you how to carefully move the body in respectful and non-harming ways that will help you find increased flexibility, strength, and peace of mind.
