I started with interest in Eastern Philosophy which included martial arts. I felt I was more on the physical given that I was involved in a lot of athletics and gymnastics in my school days. So I felt I needed balance between my outer being and the inner being. That is where meditation and yoga came in and it changed my life.

I discovered and started practicing yoga in the year 2009. Through it I have done 200hours level one and level two in Baptiste power yoga. I was also able to take Kundalini yoga level one teacher training. What motivates my teaching is to see my students living a balanced life where wellness of each and everyone is the key. My personal practice takes me to that place of neutrality where perception without judgment is possible.
